Colin Ray Chambliss, 32, of Kingsland, Georgia departed June 23, 2018.

Colin R. Chambliss was born May 25, 1986, in Norfolk, Va., to Curtis and Carol Chambliss. He had been a resident of Kingsland for 29 years and he completed his studies at Camden County High School in Kingsland.

Colin was very proud of his work and employment with Venture Construction and Design. He had expressed a special bond and camaraderie with his co-workers and staff at OPS Pizza Kitchen and Café.

Colin was a sports car enthusiast and had a great passion for riding motorcycles. He was a member of Sports Bikes of Camden County as well as Import Tuner Guys of Camden and Jacksonville. Colin’s hobbies were rebuilding cars and motorcycles and sharing his infectious smile with friends and family.

He is survived by his mother, Carol N. Chambliss, of Kingsland; father, Curtis L. Chambliss (Shawne) of Jacksonville, Fla.; brother, Curtis L. Chambliss II (Keisha); niece, Aminah S. Chambliss of Orlando, Fla.; grandmother, Charity Standberry, of Montgomery, Ala.; and several uncles, aunts, cousins, classmates and special friends.

A memorial service will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 29, at Southeast Community Church, 790 Maycreek Road in Kingsland.
