Randy W. Saturday passed away early Tuesday morning, Nov. 27, 2018, one day before his 59th birthday, Nov. 28, 1959.
Randy was a lifelong resident of Kingsland and was an electrician and AC tech by trade. He was an avid fan of NASCAR and college and NFL football. His biggest thrill was for him and Tina to take off a few times a year with family to go to the Georgia and Tennessee mountains.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Saturday.
Randy is survived by his wife, Tina; daughter, Jessica Pike (Eddie); grandchildren, Colton and Knox; his mother, Betty Saturday; brothers, Danny Saturday (Olivia) and Billy Saturday (Kimberly); sister, Kim Cook (Jeff); aunt, Bobbie Tucker (Dwayne); cousin, Greg Tucker (Dianne); several nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Buddy.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, at Harbor Worship Center, 140 Colerain Road in Kingsland.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at Harbor Worship Center with Pastor Mike Sanes officiating.
A graveside service will follow at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 1, in Metter at Lake Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Golden Isles, 1692 Glynco Parkway, Brunswick, GA 31525, in his name.
Pallbearers will be Danny Saturday, Billy Saturday, Danny Saturday Jr., Greg Tucker, Scott Dekle and Andy Casey.
