Mary Jane Gandy, 68, of Nashville died Friday, May 22, 2020, at her residence.

She was born Sept. 9, 1951, in Thomas County to the late Eunit Frazier and the late Frances Bagley Frazier. She was a retired shipping clerk from the Dollar General Distribution Center in Alachua, Florida, after 26 years and was of the Church of God Faith. She loved to fish and was a caregiver to all.  

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Ann Frazier and Christine Lowe; and two brothers, Robin Lee Frazier and Edward Frazier.

She is survived by her husband, Carroll Dean Gandy of Nashville; three sons, Roger (Misty) Sutton of Kingsland, Terry Sutton of Kingsland and Glen Sutton of Nashville; two sisters, Jennie Lee (Charles) Aldridge of Homerville and Viola (Ernest) Holmes of Kingsland; two brothers, Robert Frazier of Homerville and James (Pat) Frazier of St. Marys; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends, Bonnie Corbitt, Ronnie Coleman; and her Dollar General family.

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Sunday, May 24, in The Place of Blessing Church of God in Argyle with the Rev. David Inman officiating. Interment will follow in Camp Branch Providence Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
