Reine Weaver — I am going to get a Thanksgiving turkey from a unicorn. I’m going to make it look like a rainbow when I paint it. Then I will go swimming with my Thanksgiving turkey. I will give her floaties to wear. After we go swimming, then we will go eat at McDonald’s and play with my toys.

Hayden Head — I’ll trap a turkey if we have a turkey cage. If no cage, then I’ll buy a big one from Walmart. Take it home and put it in a pan and add some salt and then take it to Memaw’s and ask her to cook it in her stove, because Mommy and Daddy like turkey and maybe Memaw does too. I don’t like turkey, so I’m going to eat hot dogs.

Wyatt Cross — I don’t want turkey. I want ice cream. I can get it from Walmart. They have lots of different kinds of ice cream. I will eat ice cream with Lane. Then we will play outside. Lane is in Mommy’s tummy. He will be out in March.

Paisley McKnight — Get a turkey at the animal shelter. I think I will just pretend to cook it in my toy kitchen. I will get a cage for it and get it food and water like I do for my real pets. I think I will just get a toy turkey and I will make a Thanksgiving card for my family.

Abby James — Well, I would be the boss of Ava. I would tell Ava to get a turkey from the farm. We will cook it on the barbecue for as long as you cook a pizza. I would put ice cream under it when it is cooked and eat it.

JB Page — Daddy goes to the woods and hunts a turkey with a bow and arrow. My dad shreds the turkey, so all that is left is the chicken and skin. He puts mayonnaise on the turkey and cooks it on the grill for about 15 minutes and then I eat with my family. Arden can eat meat but Brycie can only eat milk and sweet potatoes.

Sloane Walker — Mommy will get a turkey from McDonald’s. She puts some kind of spices on it and cooks it in the oven for five minutes. It will be hot, so Mommy uses a baking glove. Daddy will cut the turkey and we will have apples and sweet tea to drink. Mommy, Daddy, Zan, Bubba, Ryan and Lauren will say the Johnny Appleseed blessing and we will eat with a fork.

Isaac Blount — Get a turkey from McDonald’s. Put ketchup, nuggets and salt on it. Leave it outside for 100 days. That will make it burn up and melt and then we can eat it. Drink water when you eat it. My Daddy just takes off the skin and bites it.

Graham Cohn — Get a turkey at a farm. Let the oven heat up. Then you put the turkey in maybe like 10 hours or eight. Take it out of the oven and take the blood out. Set the table. Take the beak off and then you get to eat it. That is the recipe.

Sophia Odom — I get a turkey from St. Marys. First I put some lettuce on it, and then I put potatoes on it. I put it in the oven for two minutes. I put gloves on because it is hot. Then I eat it with Momma. I eat cupcakes, pizza and salad with it.

Luke Walker — I buy a turkey at Walmart and I am going to cook it on my stove. I start the stove and put the turkey inside a bowl. Put salt on it. Put the stove at 300 degrees and cook it for 6 million minutes. I eat it with my family.

Ellie Holder — Get a turkey from Market on the Square. Put cookies and apples on it. Put it in the trash can. Cook it for 29 days in the trash can. Papa likes syrup on it. Daddy likes apples on it and I like square cookies on it.

Wyatt Hays — Get a turkey at Chick-fil-A. Put it on a plate with ketchup. Put it in the oven for three minutes. Take it out and blow on it. Eat it with strawberries.

Zoe Heinrich — We make a turkey at home. Put sausage in it. Put salt on it. Put it in a frying pan. Fry it for 17 minutes. It is done. Take it out. I don’t eat turkey sometimes, but my daddy loves everything.

Piper Davis — Go to Turkeyland at Walt Disney World. Put flour and sugar on it. To make it yummy, we can have cookies, cheese pizza and dough. Put it in the oven for 59 minutes. Take it out. Cool it off. Eat it with Mommy, Daddy and Fitz.

Chase Gowen — Find a turkey in the woods. Cut the wings off. Put sauce on it. Cook it on the grill for 40 minutes. Take it off and cut the tail off. I will just put ice cream in it and cheese and pepperoni. It sounds good!

Emory Stein — Shoot a big turkey in the woods. Go home and cut it up. Put it in a pan with sauce and potatoes. Put it in the oven in the house for one second. Eat it with anything you want. I usually just eat it by myself.

Brielle Koenig — Daddy gets a turkey at the dollar store. He pulls the feathers off and puts it in a pan and cooks it in the oven for four minutes. Then we will go out to eat at Steffens.

Amelia Nelson — Daddy gets a turkey at the commissary. He puts lots of spices on the turkey and cooks it in the oven for 10 minutes. After the turkey cools down, I eat with my family. We have cookies and ice cream for dessert.

Camden Meeks — Nana gets a turkey at the turkey center. She puts my kind of cheese on it and cooks it on the grill for 459 minutes. You leave the bones in so you can eat it like a drumstick. I eat with Momma, Daddy, Nana, Buddy, Bebe, Papa and Miss Sonya. We also have apples and grapefruit. Then we say, thank you, Jesus, and eat. 

Weston Speas — We are going to North Carolina for Thanksgiving, so Grams and Buck will cook the turkey. They will get the turkey at the turkey store and cook it in a pan for 49 minutes. Then we will eat at McDonald’s. 

Seth Smiley — Mom will get a turkey at the dollar store. She will clean the turkey with water and put salt and pepper, salsa and spicy salt on it. You cook it in the oven for 2,008 minutes and then you cook it again. We will have pizza with the turkey. Mom, Dad, Stephen and everybody will come to our house to eat. We will have ice cream and chocolate cookies for dessert.

Nolan Hesson — Momma gets a turkey at Walmart. She takes the feathers off and washes it with water. Then she cooks it in the microwave for 100 minutes. Momma, Daddy, Noah and me eat mac and cheese with a spoon and eat turkey with a fork. We will have milk to drink.

Will McClain — Turkeys hang out at Hippo Storage. Daddy shoots one with a bow and arrow and makes sure that there are no feathers. He puts it in a pan and cooks it on the grill for five minutes. I eat with Dad and Mom. My baby will eat little turkey pieces.

James Ball — My family does not eat turkey. We will just have rice, ice cream and juice. Nini and Pa will eat with Mommy, Daddy, Sofia, William and me.

Avery Renner — I would get a turkey at Kingsland Meats or Chick-fil-A. Mommy would let me help stir in the mac and cheese. We would put it in a pan and cook it on the grill for 60 minutes. I will eat with Mommy, Daddy, Mema, Grandpa Joe and Grandma.

Addy J Twelkemeir — We go to the river for Thanksgiving. Mom and Dad get a turkey at a farm. Mom washes the turkey with a wipe and takes the bones and the beak off. The turkey cooks in the oven for 20 hours. Anna Lee, Avery and all my family say the prayer and then eat.

Gabe Casey — Mimi will get a turkey from Winn-Dixie. She puts a kind of wrapper on it with carrots and vegetables. Then she gets some milk and she cooks it in the oven for 10 minutes. Then I’m going to play football with my cousin, Grayson.

Gabriel Marx — I will get a Thanksgiving turkey from a store called the Furkey Farkey. It’s a crooked old house that you can buy turkeys at. I’ll take him home and put him in a cage and ripe him. I’m going to put a rooster hat on him because my other rooster died a long time ago. He was really old and he died. It’s really sad when people die.

Grayson Groth — I will get a turkey from a garbage truck and I will take it home and cut it into pieces. I will put ketchup on it and cook it in the oven for three minutes. I will make turkey sandwiches with my big brother. After we eat our sandwiches, we will wash our hands and play football.

Henry Tickell — Mama will get a turkey from Target. She will put hot cookies on it. Then she will put in in the oven for one minute. I will eat it with my mom, Emma and Natalie. Then we will watch Beetlejuice. We will calm down and eat cherries for dessert.

Jack Renshaw — I am going to get a turkey from the barn. I will get a recipe from my house. I am going to put pizza on my turkey and cook it in the oven for five minutes. When it is done, I will eat it with some macaroni. I love macaroni. When finished, I am going to play with Henry and Gabe Casey.

Kaleb Taylor — I will get a turkey from the shop. First, I will cut it and salt it. Then I will boil it for six minutes. I will eat it with my friends and we will eat ice cream. Then we will eat popsicles and read books. 

Liliana Smith — I will get a turkey from Walmart. I will take it home to cook it in the kitchen on the stove. I will cook it until 1:30 and then I will eat it when my friend. When we finish, I will throw the turkey bones in trash can.

Lizzie Bauder — Mama will get a turkey from Publix. She’s going to take it home and put salt, pepper and tomato sauce on it. She will put in in the oven for 10 minutes. I’m going to eat it with my mommy and daddy. Then we are going to play with Play-Doh and eat cookies.

Paisley Lotz — I’m going to get a turkey from Publix. When I get home, I’m going to put mustard and ketchup on it. I will cook it in the oven at my mom’s for four minutes. Then I will eat it with my nana, papa and my mom and daddy. When I am done, I will play games with my brother.

William Ball — I will get a turkey from Atlanta. Then I will put hamburger and peas on it. I am going to cook it in the oven for four minutes. After I cook it, I am going to put spices on it. My mom likes spices. I will eat it with my mouth and take a nap.

Cameron Griffin — I will go hunting for a turkey in the woods. Take it home, pull the feathers off and wash it. Then I will put it in a pan and add blueberries and some pancakes. Cook it all in the oven for five minutes and when it beeps, take it out and eat it with my mom.

Lawsynn Livingston — I will go to Chick-fil-A and get a turkey and take to my friend’s house in Jacksonville. Put some apple slices on it and not cook it because when you get food from Chick-fil-A, it’s already cooked. Then, I will eat it with TaTa and Ann Marie.

Samuel Dominici — Buy a turkey from Wendy’s and then carry it to my house and put it in a big, big pot. I’ll add dressing, parmesan cheese, some meat and put all of it in a pan. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes, then put in the stove for five minutes and then 45 minutes more. Then I’m going to cook hot dogs for 30 minutes, because I like those best. Dad will eat the turkey.

Remy Smith — I’ll get a turkey from Pizza Hut or maybe Walmart and take it to my house. I’ll put some pepperoni and cheese on it and that’s all. Then I’ll cook in my oven for a minute, check to see if it’s done, then cook for 60 minutes more, then it will be done. I’ll eat it with my family, Connor and my cousins.

Keegan McLaughlin — I’m going to go to Target and get a turkey and take it to Thomas’ house. I’ll wash it, put it in a bowl and add apple juice, chicken soup and that’s it. Put all of it in a pot and carry to my house. Then I’ll cook it for 10 hours on my grill and eat it with Mom, Dad, Iris and Thomas.

Riley Ann Little — I’ll buy a turkey from Walmart and bring it to my house and put it in a pan. Then, I’ll add some sauce, some pepper and nuggets. Mix it all up and put all of it in a big pot and cook in the microwave for six minutes on high and take it out. When it’s done, I’ll put it on the table and eat it with my mommy.

Kyleigh Myers — I’m going to go to Walmart and get a big, gigantic turkey. I’ll take it to Auntie Glyniss’ house and put it in a big, big bowl and add some catsup, mustard and butter. Not hot sauce because it messes up your brain. I’ll put an X on the hot sauce. Then, I’ll put it all in a big, big pan and cook in the oven for one minute and eat it with my family, all my friends, but no strangers.

Eden Kinsey — I’ll get a turkey from the turkey place and take it to my grandmother’s house in Tennessee. I’ll put some meat on it to make it “gooder” because that’s what Grandmother does. Add some butter, and then put it on a tray and cook in the oven on No. 9 until 9:30. Then, take it out and eat it with my grandmother.

Thomas Hill — I’ll go to the grocery store and get a little turkey and take it to my house. I’ll put it in a pot and put some syrup, strawberries and chocolate on it. Then I’ll put it on the grill for a minute and eat it with Mom.

Eric Lassfolk — I will get a turkey from the Northwest and bring it home. I’ll put it in a pan and add salt and apples, that’s it. I’ll roast it on our grill at home for five minutes and then take it off and eat it with my mom and my dad.

McKenna Guy — I’ll go to Dollar General and buy a turkey and bring it to my house and put it in a pan. Then I’ll add strawberries, syrup, pancakes, cake, grapes and some bread and stir it all up. Then I’ll cook on the stove for 100 minutes, but it might be done after 20 minutes. I will eat it with my grandmother that lives at the lake and my grandmother that lives in St. Marys and my grandmother that lives in Kingsland, my mom, my dad and Mrs. Moore.
