Jacqueline Marie (Jackie) Lloyd, 60, of St. Marys was called home to Heaven on the evening of Aug. 30, 2021.
Jackie was born on Sept. 29, 1960, in Bedford, Ohio, to the late Edward and Janet Minch DeFratis. Jackie spent her early years in and around Cleveland, Ohio. She moved with her family to Florida in the early ’80's. She gave birth to her son, Jacob DeFratis, on March 14, 1985. Jackie had four other siblings, John, James, William and Michelle. She has a large number of nieces and nephews.
Jackie, or Mrs. Lloyd (as she affectionately liked to be called), along with her husband Michael, enjoyed meeting people, caring for others and spending quality time and enjoying life. Jackie and Michael Lloyd were residents of Florida in 2018 and then relocated to St. Marys. While residing there, they made many new friends as well and are still keeping in touch with lifelong friends.
Her interests include, playing bingo, family gatherings, traveling and learning to shoot at the local shooting range.
She will be missed by all who knew her. Her soul has been returned home, and her memory will be with us forever.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Sept. 26 at Allison Memorial Chapel.
