A 17-year-old was booked into the Camden County Jail on Tuesday morning in connection to a car crash earlier this month that killed a 16-year-old Camden County High School student.Dean Wayne Van Horn, 17, of St. Marys, was booked into the jail at 6:09 a.m. Tuesday and released on a $25,762.
