Camden County law enforcement officers are investigating four separate deaths on Thursday that may have been caused by cocaine laced with a lethal or toxic substance.

St. Marys resident and wounded veteran David Yoho, and his wife Susie, will be walking in the New York City Veterans Day Parade this year with UCLA Health Operation Mend, which provides specialty health care services to service members or veterans injured in the line of duty after 9/11.

After the Camden County High School football game last night, the Wildcat football players, coaching staff and cheerleaders took seats in the stands to cheer for the Marching Wildcats.

The Camden County High boys and girls swim teams both dove into the season last Saturday, each placing third at the Camden kickoff meet in Kingsland.

The Wildcats are back in the state playoffs.

Obituaries

LeRoy E. Johnsen, 87, of Woodbine died Monday, Nov. 12, 2018, at Hospice of the Golden Isles in Brunswick.

Kerry Lynn Davis, 50, of St. Marys died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018, at her residence.

Services will be held at a later date.

Clayton James “CJ” McCombs, 29, of Woodbine passed from this life on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018, at Southeast Georgia Health System in St. Marys.
