City of St. Marys considers third tax allocation district
Tax Allocation District #3 in St. Marys consists of 944 acres located bgtween St. Marys and Kings Bay roads.
St. Marys City Council appeared receptive to another potential tax allocation district, and this one could result in more than 400 residential units and 20,000 square feet of commercial real estate.
