The suspect, Rodney Rauls Rountree, 55, was shot by at least one Camden County Sheriff’s Office deputy after the suspect opened fire on the 1700 block of Kinlaw Road. GBI Special Agent in Charge Stacy Carson said multiple deputies shot at Roundtree, but could not release information on how many of those shots hit the suspect.
A Camden County man shot two people and was also injured in a “shooting rampage” on Wednesday, Jan. 9, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
