Kenneth B. Burnham Jr. of Tampa, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2022. Ken was born in Woodbine, GA in 1937 and attended high school in Alcoa, Tennessee.

Being raised with an emphasis on education, he achieved his chemical engineering degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. After graduating from Georgia Tech, Ken served as an officer in the U.S. Army Chemical Corps and had a successful career as a chemical engineer in Chicago. Upon retirement, he obtained a master's degree in social work from Loyola University in Chicago and moved to Tampa.

Ken enjoyed many dear friendships, scuba and traveling the world. His death was preceded by his loving son, Kevin Burnham. He is survived by his daughter, Christine Burnham-Miller, and his granddaughter, Jessica Burnham, as well as many well loved cousins and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 23 at Oak Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
