Why did you go into your particular field? I have shown a serious interest in beauty since the age of 8 years old.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be a singer, teacher and hairstylist.
What was your first job? Sears in Waycross.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “Never look down on any other person for any reason at all.”
What’s your favorite thing about your job? Meeting and serving people in the community.
What do you know now that you wish you knew when you first started your career? True entrepreneurship is adopting a life of service. Serve with your whole heart and you’ll never lack.
Who do you consider your greatest mentor and why? T.B. Joshua, he completely shifted the way I think and the way I see the world. He taught me the importance of loving everyone sincerely.
When you’re not at work, what do you do to relax? You can catch me at the beach with a good book or at home in my sauna room.
What is something about you that most people don’t know? I am the first full time entrepreneur in my family
How do you hope to grow in your career? I hope to grow my career by adding diversity to Camden county through my Salon.
If you couldn’t do what you’re doing now, what would you be doing? I would more than likely have a career in marketing or merchandising.
