  • Conditional site approval was given by the city of Fernandina Beach in 2017 to construct two hotels on these two adjacent lots on the east side of South Fletcher Avenue north of Sadler Road, but that approval expired, requiring an appeal, which was granted by the city’s Board of Adjustment in October 2019.
