Why did you go into your particular field? Entrepreneurship and ministry is important in my family. My grandfather was pastor in the United Methodist denomination, and my great-grandfather was an AME pastor. So my heart for service and ministry began at an early age. At 22, my father and I built PC’s BBQ restaurant on our backs and there were many lessons to be learned from marketing to our employees and more. Eight years later I have learned so much about successes and failures of any business especially a restaurant.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? I always wanted to be an actress and philanthropist.

What was your first job? My first job was a customer service representative at Pizza Hut. I was in the 11th grade.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “You can’t expect you from others!” - Coach Tasj

What’s your favorite thing about your job? I enjoy being able to draft creative ways to promote and increase sales.

What do you know now that you wish you knew when you first started your career? Realize that you won’t reach everyone but those that you do reach make sure you cater to their needs.

Who do you consider to be your greatest mentor and why? Mayor Harold Moore of Wadley, Ga. He has motivated me at the start of my spiritual journey being hands on in his community, a person of professionalism and a spiritual leader. Some of the same qualities I posses.

When you’re not at work, what do you do to relax? I enjoy listening to music, writing and painting for pastimes.

What is something about you that most people don’t know? So many think I was born with boldness and confidence, but those things had to be learned and are still being cultivated

How do you hope to grow in your career? To strategically network with individuals who have a mindset for expansion globally, spiritually and professionally

If you couldn’t do what you’re doing now, what would you be doing? I think I would be a chiropractor or massage therapist. I like to massage my family members. They say I’m pretty good at it. Also I like to hear the “cracking sounds.” I’ve been told I have healing in my hands.
