Local nonprofit faces lawsuit from private donor

Cats Angels Inc. SPCA is facing a civil lawsuit, accusing the nonprofit organization of not abiding by instructions attached to an October 2020 donation. The lawsuit was filed in the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court in January by Joan and Bruce Barbera.
