Ocean Highway and Port Authority Commissioner Miriam Hill said OHPA’s interim attorney’s involvement in the hiring process for a permanent, full-time attorney is a conflict of interest, and Port Director and operator Chris Ragucci accused Hill of making “gender-based” comments.
