Puerto Rican stray dogs available for adoption

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, 16 more rescue dogs from Puerto Rico arrived Friday night at the Nassau Humane Society in Fernandina Beach.  They are available for meet-and-greet and the pre-adoption process. Puerto Rico is home to hundreds of thousands of stray animals. U.S. rescue groups are trying to help
