NCCOA’s Westside Senior Life Center renovation begins as trucks and equipment line the area surrounding the facility at 37002 Ingham Road. Improvements will include connecting to the Town of Hilliard sewer system, solving drainage issues, resurfacing the parking lot, replacing the roof and expanding the nutrition support program.
