Sheryl Anita Kerry Funderburk, 74, of Kingsland passed away Friday, June 19, 2020, at Baptist Medical Center in Fernandina Beach, Florida.
Sheryl was born Jan. 2, 1946, in Fernandina Beach to Ernest L. and Laverne Colson Kerry. She was a lifelong resident of Kingsland and was a member of Kingsland First United Methodist Church. She was a librarian at the Camden County Public Library, loved life, her family and her community. Sheryl enjoyed the outdoors, including the beach and the mountains. She was an avid reader and was adored by her friends and family.
Survivors include sons, Brett Funderburk (wife Paula) and Bartt Funderburk; a brother, Ernest Leslie Kerry (wife Jo); grandchildren, Kayla, Kerry, Katie, Jalah and Jakob; great-grandchildren, Kaiden, Kaylee, Piper, Jackson, Noah, Alex and Gatlin; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 a.m. until noon Friday, June 26, at Allison Memorial Chapel.
