ENGLAND – Jermaine Randolph England was born Aug. 5, 1973, to the late Willard Randolph England and Evana Harris-England in Savannah, Ga. He was educated in the Chatham County, Ga., public school system.

Jermaine was a self-employed barber and automobile salesman. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. With an infectious smile and sense of humor, he kept those around him smiling and laughing. We would be remiss if we didn’t mention his absolute love for the Georgia Bulldogs. He was a true and devoted fan.
