Benjamin Levi Vines, 41, of Folkston passed away Thursday, Aug. 26, 2021, in St. Marys. He was born Nov. 30, 1979, in Jacksonville, Florida. He was a 1998 graduate of Charlton County High School and was a member of the Charlton County Indian Football Team.
He is survived by his daughter, Raelynn Vines; his significant other, Osie Clairday; his parents, Dwight Mitchell Vines and Vicky Kay Ames Vines; a brother, Mitchell (Helena) Vines; a niece, Zoe Vines; and a nephew, Austin Vines.
A celebration of life service was held at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 30 in the chapel of Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home. The family received friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorialization will be by cremation.
