The St. Marys Police Department says a 17-year-old shot and killed a 21-year-old Saturday night, according to a news release from the law enforcement agency.
According to the release, Lancine Bakary Soumahoro, 21, of St. Marys, was shot and killed by 17-year-old Domonja R. Mitchell.
