St. Marys leaders postpone vote on Youth Council

St. Marys City Council voted unanimously to postpone a vote on a potential youth council during its April 18 meeting. The item, suggested by Vice Mayor Lisa James, would establish a four-member youth group that would be composed of four high school juniors and seniors.
