Stormwater management in a marshy, coastal environment is no small topic, as any property owner will tell you when they suddenly have a pond on their property following a storm, or when the property repeatedly floods, like in downtown St. Marys. The St.

Hospital celebrates National Doctors’ Day with donation

In honor of National Doctors’ Day, Southeast Georgia Health System gave its more than 300 physicians the star treatment, rolling out the red carpet at its multiple facilities across southeast Georgia.

County: Take action to prepare for hurricanes

The National Weather Service (NWS) designated the week of May 4-10 as Hurricane Preparedness Week. In response, the Camden County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) is urging residents to take proactive steps to prepare for the Atlantic hurricane season, which begins June 1.

Ameris Bank representatives recently presented Southeast Georgia Health System with a $200,000 check to benefit the Camden Campus through the Georgia HEART (Helping Enhance Access to Rural Treatment) Hospital Program.

Disney’s “Aladdin Jr.” is playing at Pigmental Studio from Friday, May 16, through Sunday, May 18. Performed by Saltwater Performing Arts’ Junior Troupe, the 60-minute musical, designed for middle school-aged performers, is based on the 1992 Disney film and the 2014 Broadway adaptation.
