St. Marys City Council OKs enterprise zone update

After a brief discussion, St. Marys City Council on Monday unanimously approved an amendment to reconfigure and re-establish an enterprise zone in the city.The enterprise zone, located in the city’s Midtown area, offers tax breaks for potential development in that specific area.

Residents of Magnolia Manor Senior Living Facility recently enjoyed an afternoon of music, laughter and nostalgia Sunday, June 14, as the St. Marys Little Theatre Dinner Theater presented its latest production, “Trouble at the Tropicabana.

Camden Fire Rescue honors new firefighters, announces promotions

The Camden County Board of Commissioners announced that members of Recruit Class 2026-23 have successfully completed their Basic Firefighter requirements. In addition, several Camden County Fire Rescue personnel earned promotions in recognition of their continued service and leadership.

City of St. Marys OKs 2026-27 budget

St. Marys City Council approved a $31 million general fund budget Monday that could result in a tax increase later this year.The elected body voted 4-2 to approve the budget with Councilmen Chad Ingram and Steve Conner opposed.
