Roger Dale Dyals, 77, of Fayette County passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, Feb. 17, 2022, at The Reserve at Peachtree City. Mr. Dyals was born on Jan. 21, 1945 in Jesup to the late Raymond Lee Dyals and Opal Glynn Jacobs. Roger married his college sweetheart, Ruth Ann Bailey, on Aug.

William Burt Butts, 89, of Seneca, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022, at Oconee Memorial Hospital.   He was born Aug. 6, 1932, in LaGrange.   After graduating from Hapeville High School, he attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

Hilda "Jeanette" Peeples, 89, of Kingsland passed away at her residence on Feb. 11, 2022. Jeanette was born on March 10, 1932, in Meggs to the late Leon and Leona Rolin. She had worked in a packing house and she loved to talk to her family about picking fruit, cotton, and tobacco in those days.
