Laura Claire Griggs Carranza, 31, passed away Friday, July 16, 2021, at Effingham Hospital.
The San Diego, California, native had lived in California, Hawaii, Italy and Georgia. She loved traveling through the north Georgia mountains. She was a data analyst with Scripta Insights and loved her fur babies, two dogs and four cats.
She is survived by her husband, Jake Carranza; parents, Gregory and Janet Griggs; brother, Christopher Griggs; grandmother, Trilby Kay Griggs; aunts, Sheila Romero, Terry Lease, Donna Vera, Karen Gyengo, Kathy Long; uncles, Frank Traficante, Michael Traficante, Jeff Traficane, Kevin Traficante; mother-in-law, Karen Shelton; brother-in-law, Ben Carranza; and many cousins and other relatives.
Services will be held at a later date in Camden County.
