William T. “Tom” Clark Sr., of Kingsland, passed away on June 28, 2021, at Hospice of the Golden Isles in Brunswick.
Mr. Clark was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force who served his country proudly for 20 years. He joined the Air Force in 1965 after graduating from Father Ryan High School in Nashville. He moved to Kingsland in 1989 after his retirement and took a job with the Civil Service Supply Dept. Fuels Facility where he refueled nuclear submarines assigned to Kings Bay.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 10, 2021, at Coastal Baptist Church in St. Marys with Pastor Donald Link officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time starting at 10 a.m.
Preceded in death by his wife, Anna Sue; son, William T. “Tommy” Clark, Jr.; parents, Sarah E. Wedekind Clark and Joseph R. Clark.
Survivors include his sons, Dennis (Stephanie) Clark of Valparaiso, Florida, daughter, Jamie Treep of Jonesboro; and granddaughter, Marianne Spivey of Kingsland; sister, Mary Ellen (William) Hasty of Nashville, Tennessee; and numerous nieces and nephews.
