Frank James Liatys Jr., 71, of St. Marys passed away March 27, 2021, at his residence.

Frank was born March 28, 1949, in Trenton, New Jersey, to Frank and Jean Scarborough Liatys. He had lived in St. Marys for the past 10 years. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving during Vietnam. He retired from Johnson & Johnson. He loved to fish and was an avid gamer and enjoyed collecting guns and loved being outdoors. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.

Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Marlaina Liatys; a son, Frank James Liatys III (Bernadette) of Yardley, Pennsylvania; a daughter, Billie Jo Salato (Mark) of Brown Mills, New Jersey; a brother-in-law, Frank Rymkiewicz (Patricia) of Bainbridge; brothers and sisters, Edward Liatys (Judy) of Yardville, New Jersey, William Liatys (Cindy) of Yardville, Pattie Green (Bill) of Brown Mills, New Jersey, Christine Harding (Mark) of Cookstown, New Jersey and Charles Liatys of Crewe, Virginia. Frank was a loving Opa to Brielle Marie, numerous nieces and nephews and his best friends, Jeremy and Wendy Bell of St. Marys.

Private services will be held next to Frank's beloved pond.
