Mildred Elizabeth Walters, 84, passed away at her residence on May 22, 2021.
Mildred has lived in Camden County all of her life. She was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She loved to cook and enjoyed being with her family and friends. She was the life of the party wherever she went.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 25, at Allison Memorial Chapel with Pastor Roy white officiating. Burial followed in Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation was held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Monday, May 24.
Survivors include her daughter, Cindy Walters of St. Marys; son, Ronnie Walters of Jacksonville, Florida; two sisters, Rosa Mae Seals of St. Marys and Maggie McMillian of Bogalusa, Louisiana; and two grandchildren, Cody Walters and Kasi Walters (Patrick Gillman).
She was preceded in her death by her husband, James A. Walters, and her brother, Buddy Sandiford.
