As your Elections Supervisor, I want to ensure you are fully informed and ready to participate in an important statewide election happening June 17. On this day, Camden County residents will have the opportunity to vote for two Georgia Public Service Commissioners representing Districts 2 and 3.

Southeast Georgia Health System has a new leader, and it’s a familiar face on the regional hospital’s management team. Christy Jordan was tapped by the health system’s Board of Directors as its new president and CEO. Jordan has served as the interim president and CEO since March 1.

27-year-old Kingsland man faces sex crime charges

A 27-year-old Kingsland man was arrested Wednesday, May 28, and charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of children using any visual medium, according to the Camden County Sheriff’s Office inmate log and initial reports.
