County commissioners agree to DA budget offset proposal

Budget woes and personnel necessities led Brunswick Judicial Circuit District Attorney Keith Higgins to propose a sort of budget offset to county governments within the circuit, and Tuesday evening the Camden County Board of Commissioners approved going along with the plan.
