Annette Barlow, 86, of Kingsland, passed away on Feb. 6, 2022, at Southeast Georgia Health System — Brunswick Campus.

Annette was born on June 13, 1935 in Brunswick to the late A.C. and Lawana Lucree. She had lived in Kingsland all of her life. She worked for the United States Postal Service as a mail carrier. She was a loving mother and grandmother and nothing meant more to her than the love of her family and being around them. Annette and her late husband, Needham, were very active with the Camden County Wildcats Quarterback Club. They traveled all over to watch them play football. They loved the Camden County Wildcats! She was a 50-year member of the Order of Eastern Star and a lifelong member of Kingsland First United Methodist Church. 

  She is survived by her children, Mike Barlow (Margie) of Kingsland, Melissa Lanier (Steve) of Kingsland and Bradley Barlow (Karen) of Douglas; grandchildren, Michael Barlow (Jamie) of St Augustine, Florida, Sara Theriault (Chris) of Kingsland, Kala Stash (Andrew) of Fernandina Beach, Florida, Zach Barlow (Beth) of Cumming, Kyle Barlow (Beca) of Douglas, Harrison Barlow (Alli) of Huntsville, Alabama, and Todd Lanier (Tina) of Kingsland; great-grandchildren, Emerson Barlow, Magnolia Stash, Madelyn Barlow, Langston Barlow, Michaela (her son, Brennan) Lanier and Layla Lanier; and also her dog, Candy, who she loved dearly.

  Annette was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Needham Barlow Jr. and her two siblings, Virginia Rorke and Anthony Lucree Jr.

  Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9 at Kingsland First United Methodist Church with Bruce Vaughn and Martin Turner officiating. A visitation will be held one hour to service time, beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Lawnwood Cemetery. 

Honorary Pallbearers will be Michael Barlow, Zachary Barlow, Kyle Barlow, Harrison Barlow, Chris Theriault and Andrew Stash.
