Rita Knowles Frawley, 69, of Waverly passed away Tuesday, Feb. 15 in Brunswick. She was born June 12, 1952, in Folkston to the late Lonnie Lowell Knowles and Louise Johns Knowles.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Vivian Owen and Ann Hickox, and a brother, Dale Knowles.
She is survived by husband of 51 years, Grady Frawley; her sons and daughters-in-law, Joey and Angie Frawley and Randy and April Frawley; four grandchildren, Tucker, Gabe, Hayden and Xander Frawley; a sister, Christine Thomas; three brothers, Buddy (Donna) Knowles, Duane (Tina) Knowles and Michael (Teresa) Knowles; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held at 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18 at Camp Pinckney Cemetery.
