CUTUIL – Jacques Marc "Frenchie" Francois Cutuil, 78, of Waverly, Ga., passed away at his residence Aug. 31, 2022.

Frenchie was born March 15, 1944, in Brest, France, to the late Dennis and Renée Cutuil. He had lived in Chicago, Ill., most of his life. He joined the military and served in the Vietnam era, where he was a boatswain on the USS Saratoga. After the military, he moved to Camden County and worked at Gilman Paper Company-Kraft bag division as a supervisor. He also worked as a volunteer firefighter and EMT for Camden County EMS and the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base in the 1970s and 1980s.

He is survived by his children, Thomas Robert Triano (Christine) of Kingsland, Ga., John Carl Triano (Amanda) of Dacula, Ga., and Renée Cutuil Lyons (Larry) of Richmond Hill, Ga.; 11 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Casey, Brittany, Chelsea, Sean, Ashley, Madeline, Marc, David, Victoria and Evan; and 22 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Dennis Cutuil, Jean Louis Cutuil and Yvette Madrid.

No services are to be held at this time.
