After one man served 17 years in prison for a double homicide he didn’t commit, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation says it found the true killer in a 1985 cold case. On Monday, 61-year-old Erik Kristensen Sparre, 61, was charged with two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated assault.
