Recent Camden County High School graduate Jaycee Spencer won the Reigning American Teen Miss crown this weekend in Fernandina Beach, Fla.
The 2026 Miss American Jubilee 250 Queens, selected through the People’s Choice competition, pose following the June 20 pageant.
