Mayor says he won’t run for re-election

Republican runoff election, forum set

The spring election season isn’t over just yet. The Republican nomination for Georgia House Seat 180 has advanced to a runoff pitting incumbent state Rep. Steven Sainz vs. political newcomer Glenn Cook. The General Primary Election Runoff is scheduled for 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday, June 18.

Camden County’s primary election season is almost over. On Tuesday, about 19% of Camden County voters cast ballots to decide a variety of local races. One of those races is going to a runoff. In the GOP bid for House Seat 180, Steven Sainz collected 49.
