Rotary Club of Camden County launches food drive

The Rotary Club of Camden County launched its Fill the Bag food drive in collaboration with The Salvation Army of St. Marys’ food pantry. The campaign started with a volunteer event at Yankee Pie Apizza, where 3,500 grocery bags were prepared for distribution through today’s Tribune & Georgian.

St. Marys secures $1.7 million grant

The city of St. Marys was recently awarded a $1,735,400 grant to extend the Tabby Trail.
The grant comes from the Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Fund, which is raised from a sales tax on sporting goods, according to the Capitol Beat News Service Bureau.
