CUTUIL – Jacques Marc "Frenchie" Francois Cutuil, 78, of Waverly, Ga., passed away at his residence Aug. 31, 2022. Frenchie was born March 15, 1944, in Brest, France, to the late Dennis and Renée Cutuil. He had lived in Chicago, Ill., most of his life.

FERGUSON – Sandra Kirkley Ferguson, 69, passed in the evening of Monday, Sept. 5, 2022, in her home in Kingsland, Ga. Mrs. Ferguson was born Dec. 11, 1952, in Darlington, S.C. She married T. Dale Ferguson and celebrated 45 years of marriage.

LOWE – Andrew "Andy" Robert Lowe, 67, of Kingsland, Ga., passed away at his residence Aug. 30, 2022. Andy was born Aug. 13, 1955, to the late Sydney and Evelyn Lowe in Miami, Fla. He moved from Virginia Beach, Va., to Kingsland, Ga., in 2000.

PEEPLES – Chief Morris E. Peeples, 81, of Kingsland, Ga., passed away Friday, Sept. 2, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family and loved ones. Chief Peeples was born Aug. 18, 1941, in Jacksonville, Fla., to the late Elmo and Hazel Peeples. He married the love of his life, Sharon, on Nov.

Lamar Hill Douglas

Lamar Hill Douglas passed away unexpectedly at his home Sunday, Aug. 28, 2022. He was 71 years old. Lamar was born May 7, 1951, in the Hacklebarney community of Pierce County, Ga., to Quinton and Polly Douglas. As a young boy, his family moved to Camden County, Ga.

CARTER – Jerry Melba Davis Carter, 78, of Woodbine, Ga., passed away Thursday, Aug. 18, at her residence after an extended illness. She loved fishing, cooking, playing cards and camping. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and her animals.

GILLETTE – Mr. Joseph William Gillette Sr., 81, of Kingsland, Ga., passed away on the evening of Aug. 22, 2022, at UF Health North in Jacksonville, Fla. Joe was born April 22, 1941, in Kingsland, Ga., to the late Walter and Kathleen Gillette.

MORGAN – Nella "Nell" Faye Morgan, 81, of Kingsland, Ga., passed away at her residence July 19, 2022. Nella was born July 14, 1941, to Aaron M. and Minnie P. Melton in Waycross, Ga. She was the first graduating class of Ware County High School in 1959.
