Camden has nine state medalists returning for 2021-22 after winning — and decisively so — team state titles, in both dual and traditional format, each of the past two seasons with significantly less than that number at season’s beginning.

Will it be seven in a row this time next week? Saturday, at Lowndes, Camden took the final step of the season in making seven straight Georgia High School Association traditional titles a reality, qualifying its entire team out automatically for states in winning the Region 1-7A title.
