Forman to lead Wildcat track and field program

The Camden County High track and field program will leave the starting blocks next spring under new head coach Bill Forman. Forman brings extensive coaching experience at several schools. He was an CCHS assistant under previous head coach Terry Humphrey, and served in that role for six seasons.

Boomers swim to third at SGSL meet in Brunswick

The Camden County Boomer swimmers finished third of five teams and won 24 events last Saturday at a South Georgia Swim League (SGSL) meet in Brunswick. The Boomers got individual wins from eight swimmers and pocketed two relay triumphs while amassing 1,015 team points at the Golden Isles YMCA.

State GRPA meet is next for eight Stingray swimmers

The Camden PSA Stingrays will send eight swimmers to the state meet following their performances Monday at district competition. New Stingrays head coach Lisa Ingram said five swimmers had never qualified before.
