A tax millage rate increase is not planned this year for countywide or unincorporated property owners, according to the county’s chief financial officer.

DNR, Camden issue ‘stay’ on decision

Coming up on a deadline for the coastal consistency of Spaceport Camden, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and Camden County Board of Commissioners have signed a stay agreement that extends the decision into early July.

Authorities issues drug warning

After responding to eight drug overdoses on June 18, law enforcement officials put out warnings about illegal drugs mixed with fentanyl over the weekend. Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid 50 to 100 times more potent than morphine, according to the CDC.
