Jacksonville Beach attorney and Ocean Highway and Port Authority legal counsel Jeb Branham will serve as a judge in the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court. Gov. Ron DeSantis appointed Branham, who also currently serves as legal counsel for the towns of Callahan and Baldwin.
