How’s this for rare, fast and eccentric? The Devlin 428 was built in 2013 to pre-1978 road racing class specifications. The engine is based on a 1976 Yamaha RD400 two-stroke that has been modified to produce 67 horsepower. The frame is 4130 chromoly, and the bodywork is rolled and hammered aluminum fabricated entirely by the designer, Devlin Hunt.
