Nathan Devon Roberts, 69, of Kingsland passed away on Jan. 16, 2022, at Community Hospice, Jacksonville, Florida.      Nathan Devon Roberts was born April 6, 1952, to the late Aldophus Roberts and Rosa Lee Jackson Roberts.

Maynor-Hill

Minister Mae Catherine Maynor-Hill, 75, of Woodbine passed away on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022, at Baptist Hospice Downtown, Jacksonville, Florida, surrounded by her loved ones.  She was born on Feb. 5, 1946 to the late, Alton Maynor Sr.

Downing

Carolyn Ann Downing, 46, of St Marys passed away Jan. 14, 2022, peacefully in her home. Carolyn was born on Nov. 20, 1975, to the late William "Billy" Downing and Claudia Anderson. She loved crafting and thrift store shopping. Carolyn is survived by her fiancé, Bobby Harden of St.

Peters

Frances Irene Peters (Farris), 77, of Kingsland passed away Monday, Jan. 10, 2022. She was born on Sept. 19,1944, in Decherd, Tennessee, to Allen Farris and Jewel Irene Farris (Fraley).

King

Michelle King was born in Bridgetown, Barbados, on Nov. 25, 1975, to Michael Sealy and Lilith Lindie. She attended Springer Memorial Secondary School in Barbados and continued her education by earning certifications in areas of her interest.

Howard

Like any true Southern matriarch, death will not be the end for her. Betty Jean Howard went to be with the Lord on Dec. 22, 2021, but her story will continue on through the lives, love and laughter of her friends and family. Her story began on Aug.

Williams

Jesse Morgan Williams, 84 of Kingsland, Ga passed away on Jan. 11, 2022 at Baptist Nassau in Fernandina Beach, Florida. Jesse was born on Nov. 5, 1937, in Stilson to the late Jasper Kelly and Laura Lee Williams. He had lived in Bulloch County and then moved to Camden County in 1983.

Hubbard

Wardell Hubbard was a lifelong St. Marys native where he attended Ralph Bunche High School. He lived a comfortable life until his death on Jan. 1, 2022. Wardell was born on Nov. 25, 1940 to the late Arthur and Vivian Hubbard. He was the fourth of 13 children.

Harris

Damion Harris, 33, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, at Oak Hill Cemetery, 1168 3-R Fish Camp Road, White Oak. A walk-thru viewing will be held 6-8 p.m. Friday at Sunset Funeral Home, 401 N.

Hamilton

Lewis Hamilton, 62, of St. Marys was called home to be with Our Lord, to a better and more beautiful home, on Jan. 9, 2022. On March 18, 1959, God allowed a very special child, Lewis Hamilton to be born in White Oak (Tarboro community) to the proud parents of Joseph Hamilton Sr.
