Thomas Lanier Flanders, 80, peacefully departed this life on July 11, 2021, after an extended illness, surrounded by family in his home in St. Marys. Tom was born in Dublin, Georgia, to Julia Moye Flanders and Robert Lanier Flanders. He grew up in Adrian in a loving family rich environment.

Mr. Edward Watson “Buck” Clary, Sr., 75, of Easley, South Carolina, formerly of St. Marys, passed away on Thursday, July 8, 2021, at the Richard Campbell Veterans Home in Belton, South Carolina. Mr. Clary was born Oct. 6, 1945, in Atlanta, the only child of the late Capt.

Rader

Karen Michell Rader, 54, of Kingsland passed away at Southeast Ga Health System-Camden Campus on July 3, 2021.  Karen lived in Kingsland for the past 23 years coming from Charleston, South Carolina. She was employed with GHX Industrial Supply as a welder and loved spending time with her family.

Turner

Kimberly Sue Turner, aged 49, passed away on June 26, 2021, at her daughter’s residence in Woodbine after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Kimberly was born in Panama City, Florida, to Lloyd and Julie Dowdy.

Ping

Stephen Michael Ping, age 59, of Waynesville passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 in Jacksonville, Florida. Stephen was born on Nov. 15, 1961, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late William and Mary Thoman Ping. Stephen grew up in Southern California before joining the U.S. Navy in 1979.

Kepple

Donald Jack Kepple Sr., 75, of St. Marys passed away peacefully on Friday, July 2, 2021, at Hospice of the Golden Isles in Brunswick after an extended illness. Donald was born Oct. 12, 1945, in Des Moines, Iowa, to the late Raymond Kepple and Stella Winebrenner Kepple.

Harger

Joy Kristen Harger, 49, of St. Marys, Georgia, peacefully departed this life on July 3, 2021 after a brave battle with cancer. Born on June 30, 1972 in Quincy, Massachusetts, to Linda Perugini Eccles and the late Robert A. Harger, Joy made St. Marys her home for nearly 30 years.

Mrs. Mary Ann Davis, age 77, passed away on the evening of Wednesday, June 30, 2021, surrounded by her family at her home in Woodbine. Mrs. Davis was born on September 17, 1943, in Warwick, Rhode Island to the late John Lord Sr. and Loretta H. Lord Lang. Mrs.

Johnson

Matthew “Matt” Anthony Johnson, 57, of St. Marys passed away at Southeast Georgia Health System- Brunswick Campus on June 30, 2021. Matt had lived in St. Marys for the past 39 years moving here from Norfolk, Virginia. He was a 1983 graduate of Camden County High School.
