Jersey Anthony Wattley, 4 years old, of Dallas, Georgia, known by all who loved him as “Bubba,” left his earthly home and entered into the arms of Jesus on Friday, June 4, 2021, after a two-and-a-half-year battle with cancer.

Adam Douglas Washer, beloved son of Ron and Susan Howard and Wayne Douglas Washer, joined his grandparents and other “passed” relatives, accidentally on April 4, 2020, after battling severe pain and the VA for several years.

Anne Frances (Washer) Ogden, beloved mother, daughter and sister, joined her recently departed brother, Adam, and her “passed” ancestors Jan. 10, 2021. May 22, 1974, Anne and her identical twin, Laura (Brown) entered this world prematurely in Kansas City, Missouri.

Richard Claire Olson, 94 of Kingsland, originally of Albert Lea, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2021.  Preceded in death by parents, Ingvald Gustav (Curly) and Vera Marie (Doud) Olson; wife of 73 years, Bonita Joyce (Anderson); sister, Patricia Perkins; and son, Richard Charles Olson.

Kight

Deacon Robert Lee Kight Sr. was a man dedicated to God, family and community. He completed his journey on this earth on Thursday, May 27, 2021. He was born on Sept. 22, 1937, to the late Joe and Ardena Hamilton-Kight in White Oak. He was educated at Ralph J. Bunche High School in Woodbine.

Durden

Everett Durden, 60 of Woodbine passed away at his residence on May 29, 2021.  He was a commercial fisherman and has lived in Camden County for the past 36 years. Everett was kind, caring and loved his family and enjoyed being with his nieces and nephews.

Bennett

Marcelle W. Bennett, 79, of Woodbine passed away Saturday, May 29, 2021, at Community Hospice in Jacksonville. Funeral services will be held at noon Friday, June 4, at Allison Memorial Chapel with Pastor Adam Perkins officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:30 a.m.

On Wednesday, May 26, 2021, Sondra Minette Gilman Gonzalez-Falla, loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away of natural causes in her home at The Lakes in Kingsland, surrounded by loved ones. Sondra was the only child born to Lester and Rose Golden in New York, New York.
