Ashbeck

John Kenneth Ashbeck, 54, of Kingsland passed away Thursday, Sept. 17, 2020. John was born in Pontiac, Michigan, but made Kingsland his home for the past several years. He worked for Certified Air Contractors Inc. and enjoyed many hobbies.

Cranston

John (Jack) P. Cranston III, M.D., 86, of St. Marys passed away at Magnolia Manor on August 29, 2020. Jack is survived by his son, Jay; his daughter, Lisa (David Taylor); three grandsons; brother, Peter (Laurie); and their children and grandchildren.

Sedam

Samuel David Sedam, 65, of Kingsland died Monday afternoon, Sept. 7, 2020, at UF Health in Jacksonville, Florida, after a brief illness. Mr. Sedam was born in Rochester, New York, to the late Samuel C. Sedam and Jane Kleinknecht Sedam and made Kingsland his home for the past several years.

Pettus

Mary Melba Stanfield Pettus, 85, of Kingsland transitioned on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2020, at her residence after an extended illness. Mrs. Pettus was born in Prospect Hill, North Carolina, to the late Ero Stanfield and Margaret Beatrice Harvey Stanfield and made Kingsland her home since 2000.

Edwards

Tamra Jean Willis Edwards, 63, of Kingsland died Sunday morning, Sept. 13, 2020, at her residence after a brief illness. Mrs. Edwards was born in Washington, D.C., to M.O. Willis and the late Jean L. McClean Blevins and made Kingsland her home for the past several years.

Calabrese

Joy Calabrese, 59, of Kingsland gained her angel wings on Sept. 10, 2020, after a courageous battle with cancer. Joy was a fighter who always tried to look on the bright side of things even when life only gave her lemons.

Outlaw

Ms. Ethel Mae Boone Outlaw, 92, of Kingsland, passed away at The Lakes Senior Care Center here in Kingsland on the morning of Sept. 14, 2020.  Ms. Outlaw was born on Sept. 20, 1927, in Jacksonville, Florida, to the late Ellie Crenshaw Boone and Annie Lee Raines Boone. Ms.

Harris

 Megan Blair Harris was born Aug. 23, 1989. She lived in Woodbine with her parents, Terry Pierce and Jessica Lynn Pierce. Megan graduated from Camden County High School in 2011.

Nightingale

Chance

Ellen B. Chance, 75, of Kingsland passed away on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2020, at her home. Minister Mother Ellen B. Chance was born on Feb. 17, 1945, to the late Rev. Harrison and Martha Broomfield in Savannah.
