Florena Johnson of Kingsland passed away on Monday, Aug. 24, 2020, at Southeast Georgia Health System, Glynn Campus. Florena Johnson was born on April 3, 1932, in Folkston.

Beaver

Jason Ellis Beaver, 50, of St. Augustine, Florida, departed this life on Aug. 20, 2020. He was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Hatfield Beaver; and his paternal grandparents, George W. and Pauline Beaver; and maternal grandparents, Grady and Eula Hatfield of Jacksonville, Florida.

Myers

Rev. Marcelle G. Myers, 87, of St. Marys made his transition Friday, Aug. 14, 2020, under the watch care of Southeast Georgia Health System, Camden and Brunswick campus. He was born in St. Marys on Feb. 24, 1933, to the late Elmo Hill Myers and Muriel Williams.

Eason

Barbara Marie Fowler Eason, 83, of Kingsland died Saturday evening, Aug. 22, 2020, at Southeast Georgia Health System of Camden after an extended illness. Mrs. Eason was born in Helena, Georgia, to the late Bill and Marie Fowler and made Kingsland her home for many years.

Pasuit

John Pasuit Jr., 77, of St. Marys died Thursday, Aug. 13, 2020, at his residence after an extended illness. Mr. Pasuit was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late John Pasuit Sr. and Helen Bajciuk Pasuit and made St. Marys home for the past 12 years.

Turnquest-Varner

Lydia Turnquest-Varner, 51, was born on Sept. 21, 1968 in Miami, Florida. Since childhood she was always loving and kind. She loved her family and friends dearly, and would give them her last without hesitation. In addition to her kind heart, she was a Christian.

Delesly

Inez Doris Delesly, of Kingsland, formerly of Nassau County, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2020, at her home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, at O’Neal Community Cemetery in Yulee, Florida. A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug.

Standard

Charles “Larry” Standard Sr., 79 of Jackson, formerly of Kingsland, passed away Aug. 18, 2020. He was born in Thomaston, Georgia, on Sept. 5, 1940, to the late Flem and Nellie Standard.

Conkright

Tommy Dean Conkright, 78, born Sept. 25, 1941, in Topeka, Kansas, died unexpectedly Aug. 18, 2020 in Fernandina Beach, Florida.

Doedyns

Robert William Doedyns, 79, of Kingsland passed away Sunday, Aug. 2, 2020, at his residence. A graveside funeral service and burial was held for Mr. Doedyns at 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14, at Oak Ridge Cemetery with military honors. Born Dec. 30, 1940, in Dunkirk, New York, Mr.
