Evelyn Serogia Franks was born on Sept. 1, 1956, to the late Virgil and Essie Roberts. She was the youngest of seven siblings.

Lucille Small, 102, of White Oak passed away Sunday, March 22, 2020, in Jacksonville, Florida, at the home of her daughter, Gloria Harris.
