Johnnie Lee Williams “Big Boy” was born Dec. 12, 1933, to the late Alphonso Williams and Mary Lee Jones Williams in Tarboro (Camden County), White Oak. He retired from Georgia Pacific after many years of employment.

Drummond

Eddie James Drummond departed this life Thursday, Jan. 21, 2021, at his residence in Woodbine. He was born to the late Reatha M. Drummond Geter and Robert Gowen, on March 29, 1952, in Woodbine. He attended school in Camden County and was employed by Camden County Board of Education.

Kelly

Melvin C. Kelly Jr. left this world to go to his heavenly home on Jan. 21, 2021. He was born in Altavista, Virginia, on May 9, 1929, but soon moved to Lynchburg, Virginia. He leaves behind his best friend and bride of 70 years, Viola Kelly. They first met in seventh grade.

Crawford

Merinda Barbee Crawford, 84, of Kingsland passed away Jan. 18, 2021, at Baptist Health in Jacksonville, Florida. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, at St. Marys United Methodist Church with Rev. Roy White officiating.

O'Berry

Angela Kathleen Walker O'Berry, 54, of Woodbine passed away Jan. 7, 2021, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, from the gravesite at Colesburg Cemetery with Rev. Chris Ogden officiating.

Brinson

Kimball "Kim" Richard Brinson, 78, passed away at Southeast Georgia Health System (Brunswick Campus) on Jan. 9, 2021. Funeral services will be held at noon Friday, Jan. 15, from the gravesite at Brazell Cemetery with Pastor Jon McClarnon officiating. Social distancing will be required.

Anthony Taquin Green, 38, of Kingsland passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021, at Southeast Georgia Health System, Camden Campus. Anthony Taquin Green, aka “Tony,” was born March 22, 1982, to the parents of the late Teresia Glover and the late Jack C. Green Jr.

Davis

Crystal L. Davis, 60, of Folkston passed away Sunday, Jan. 10, 2021, at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born April 10, 1960, in Folkston to the late Samuel Jackson “S.J.” Davis Jr. and Betty Miller Davis.

Drury

Mr. Burwell Drury Jr., 80, of Eastman died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021 at the Dodge County Hospital. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, in Homeward Cemetery in Waverly. Mr. Drury was born May 31, 1940, in Woodbine to the late Ethel Miller Drury and Burwell Drury Sr.
